This dog is sold at a pet price. Full registration will be provided unless the dog has a serious fault that would make it unsuitable for breeding. It is not guaranteed to be show and/or breeding quality.
This dog is guaranteed, through 35 months of age, on serious genetic and congenital health ailments. A second opinion, at the buyer's expense, may be required.
All guarantees are limited to a replacement, by applying the purchase price towards another dog, or a refund of the purchase price only, to be determined by the seller. Shipping costs are not included. The afficted dog may be required to be spayed/neutered or returned to the seller, to be determined by the seller.
All guarantees are void after the dog has been bred and/or any of the terms of this sales agreement are not kept by the buyer.
Registration papers should be completed and sent in, by the buyer, to register the dog in their name. The seller's kennel name of "Snoflash" (note that there is no "w") remains at the beginning of the dog's registered name.
The buyer agrees to properly care for the dog as defined in "DOG CARE".
If the buyer is unable to keep the dog, it must first be offered back to the seller. If the seller declines, the buyer assumes the responsibility of placing the dog in a good home. The buyer must provide the name, address, phone number, and email address of the new owner to the seller.
